Step 02
We need your documents
To start your onboarding, we need three things from you:
1.Identity card
Front and back, clearly legible.
2.Driving licence
Front and back, clearly legible.
3.Current selfie
In front of a white background.
We need the photo for your Amazon ID badge.
Step 03
Amazon onboarding
As soon as we have all your documents, we carry out your onboarding and register you in the Amazon system.
DurationUp to 24 hours
As a rule, you don't need to do anything else in this step – unless we get back to you.
Step 04
Registration for training
Once onboarding is complete, we register you for your training. We'll give you all the information you need and clear instructions on how to sign up and take part.
Takes place online only
This means you can complete the training from anywhere. There's no need to travel to a training location.
Captain Otto app
The Captain Otto app is required for the training. You can already download it now.
Step 05
Online training
You complete your online training – conveniently from anywhere.
Fully paid – already counts as a working day.
ImportantYour employment contract starts on the day of your training.
Step 06
Amazon activation
Once you have successfully completed your training, your Amazon account is activated.
Duration24–48 hours
In most cases, activation already takes place the next day.
Step 07
Your first days on the road
As soon as your account is activated, your practical training begins. On your first two days, you ride along as a passenger with an experienced driver – we call this a Ride Along.
